APPOINTMENTS
YOUR STYLIST HOLDS YOUR APPOINTMENT JUST FOR YOU, SO WE ASK THAT IF YOU MUST RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT PLEASE PROVIDE US 48-HOUR NOTICE. 
A DEPOSIT WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO BOOK ALL APPOINTMENTS. IN THE EVENT YOU RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED TIME OR YOU 'NO SHOW', YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.
KINDLY ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARRIVE 15 MINUTES AFTER YOUR SCHEDULED TIME WE WILL DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO ACCOMMODATE YOU, BUT MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE(S) YOU ORIGINALLY BOOKED. WE WILL ALWAYS DO OUR BEST TO TAKE CARE OF YOU.

ALL CONSULTATIONS ARE COMPLIMENTARY AT CRUSH SALON.
IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO PROVIDE THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED AT CRUSH SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY AND TO REVEAL ANY OF THE ITEMS LISTED BELOW AS THEY MAY CAUSE NEGATIVE REACTIONS TO SALON CHEMICAL SERVICES.

USE OF BOX COLOR
USE OF COLOR REMOVER
USE OF BRAZILIAN OR KERATIN TREATMENT

USE OF RELAXER OR PERM
ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR OR SKIN AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SALON OR STYLIST.

ADJUSTMENT SERVICES ARE SCHEDULED EXACTLY LIKE REGULAR APPOINTMENTS AND ARE PROVIDED AT NO CHARGE. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON ANY SERVICES.
 
GIFT CARD
CRUSH GIFT CARDS ARE REDEEMABLE FOR ALL SERVICE AND PRODUCT PURCHASES AT CRUSH SALON. GIFT CARDS DO NOT EXPIRE. GIFT CARDS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REDEEMED FOR CASH.
